Psalm 100 gives us some truths about God that give us reasons to be grateful:



• Know ye that the LORD he is God: it is he that hath made us,
• We are his people, and the sheep of his pasture.
• For the LORD is good;
• His mercy is everlasting;
• His truth endureth to all generations.

There are many truths about God of which we can be grateful. The personal pronouns show that we belong to God. God is good and treats us with His goodness. God has never done anything that goes against His goodness. We all need God’s mercy, and it is everlasting. It is also wonderful that God has made His truth available to our generation and future generations. Let’s not take His Word for granted; lets put it in our hearts.

Keep your eyes on the Lord this holiday season. Give Him the praise each morning as you begin your day.

• Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praise: be thankful unto him, and bless his name. Psalm 100:4
• In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you. 1Th 5:18.
