Remembering the Courage and Strength of those who gave their lives for our Country.

Memorial Day is a day to honor and mourn the death of those who gave their lives for our country. We enjoy much freedom from their sacrifices. Let’s remember their courage and strength by being strong and courageous. Billions of people the world over wish they had the freedoms and peace we enjoy. We must not take our freedom for granted. We will continue to need courageous men and women in our armed forces, but our trust is in God. Our motto: “In God we trust.”

Psalm 33:12 Blessed is the nation whose God is the LORD; and the people whom he hath chosen for his own inheritance.

King David had his mighty men and mighty armies, yet he said, Psalm 20:7 Some trust in chariots, and some in horses: but we will remember the name of the LORD our God.

Let’s continue to pray for our country and the men and women who serve.
