Proverbs 14:34

34Righteousness exalteth a nation: but sin is a reproach to any people. (KJV)

Proverbs 29:2

2When the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice: but when the wicked beareth rule, the people mourn. (KJV)

1 Samuel 3:1
