REVIVAL … A SPIRITUAL PRIORITY

Will each of you PRAY to our Heavenly Father that He will give us four spirit-fill days to change our lives and the lives of others foreverWill each of you PROMISE the Lord that your attendance in every Revival service will be a daily priority next week?  (It’s only a four-day meeting … your “schedule” can handle that.)

WE MUST ASK GOD FOR …

An Old – Fashioned – Fire from Heaven

Sin Convicting – Life Transforming

Soul-Saving REVIVAL

FALL REVIVAL … A SPIRITUAL URGENCY

Inviting Visitors To The Services

Revival gives people a reason to visit our Church. It may be a desire to know God, a need for spiritual help, a yearning to hear the Bible preached as it should.  We try to have activities, events, programs that appeal to the unsaved / unchurched to interest them enough to visit.

Invite everybody, wherever you go. During this week, carry revival notices to invite people at the restaurant, people in line at the bank, people behind the counter at the grocery store, your doctor, etc. Consider everyone to be a prospect for next week’s special services.

Use the telephone (voice or text). You can get promises while knocking on doors or visiting prospects during regular soul winning times.  However, you will likely get more promises by using the telephone than to drive to a house or to visit a neighbor. I believe in all these methods to reach others, but it may be much more efficient for you to dial telephone numbers of people you know. Use your phone to text revival information.

Remember, you are not responsible for the “results.” But, you are fulfilling the Great Commission (Matt 28) and the urgency of these last days when every person must hear Bible preaching.

Never give up on anyone who needs the Word of God.

Never give anyone an easy way to say “No.”

RU Recovery Program

RU Recovery Meets Fridays at 7 PM / Sundays at 9:30 AM

RU gives you tools to battle victoriously satanic forces that would use bitterness, discouragement, depression, loneliness, addictions, and life’s circumstances to defeat us. RU has a great curriculum for the study of the fruit of the Spirit and fruits of righteousness: An RU Definition from our curriculum: Goodness is conforming our lives and conversations to behave benevolently towards others.

FOOD BANK

After each service, we make available to families in need of a bag of non-perishable groceries (limited to one bag per month). To help us keep our pantry stocked we welcome you to bring in non-perishable items. We do not need any vegetables at this time. We are short on peanut butter and canned meats such as tuna, chicken, Vienna sausage, spam, etc. Please bring your items to the front foyer and let an usher know. Richard and Judy Sabin oversee this ministry.

Please look at the expiration dates. We cannot give out expired food items.
