Anticipating the Return of the King in 2016
(Jesus said) “Surely I come quickly.”
(John said) Amen. Even so, come, Lord Jesus. (Rev. 22:20)
Be ye thankful
Be thankful for that Moment of Obedience. But God be thanked, that ye were the servants of sin, but ye have obeyed from the heart that form of doctrine which was delivered you. Rom 6:17
Be thankful for the Grace of God. I thank my God always on your behalf, for the grace of God which is given you by Jesus Christ. 1 Cor 1:4
Be thankful for the Spiritual Victory of God. But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ. 1 Cor 15:57
Be thankful for the Generosity of God. Being enriched in everything to all bountifulness, which causeth through us thanksgiving to God. 2 Cor 9:11
Be thankful for the Favor of God. Sing unto the LORD, O ye saints of his, and give thanks at the remembrance of his holiness. For his anger endureth but a moment; in his favour is life: weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning. Psa 30:4-5
Be thankful for the Peace of God. And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to the which also ye are called in one body; and be ye thankful. Col 3:15
Be thankful for our Church Leaders serving. Remember them which have the rule over you, who have spoken unto you the word of God: whose faith follow, considering the end of their conversation. Heb 13:7
Holiday Schedule Changes:

Midweek Thanksgiving Service
Tuesday, Nov 22, 7:00 PM
(No Wednesday night service Nov. 23)
If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land (2 Chronicles 7:14).
Let us together and corporately offer sincere praise to our Heavenly Father for the all His bounty toward us! However, we must also be realistic about the condition of the culture in which we live. As to the uncertain times in these United States, it is essential that people of God be in the House of God, uniting our hearts in prayer about our Nation’s overall instability, gross sin, withdrawal from constitutional government, and departure from the principles of godliness as advanced by the founding Fathers.
I recognize that the vast majority of Americans, including most professing Christians, will not make such prayer-matters a priority during this Thanksgiving season! HOW ABOUT YOU? WILL YOU JOIN WITH US TUESDAY NIGHT?
