58th ANNIVERSARY OF THE NEW TESTAMENT BAPTIST CHURCH

Next Sunday … March 26

PRAISE GOD FROM WHOM ALL BLESSINGS FLOW

At our inception, we rented an elementary school for three years until the purchase of this five-acre site on Craycroft Road. The Church’s outreach for almost sixty years in Tucson has included a Christian school, all-Bible Sunday School for all ages, bus/van ministry, youth ministry, summer camps, vacation Bible schools, AWANA program for children, ladies ministry, deaf ministry, senior citizens luncheon, care-centers ministry, Reformers Unanimous (addictions program).

In January, the Church completed its 52nd Annual Missions Conference. Over the years almost a third of the Church’s total income has gone to missionaries, mission projects, evangelists, Baptist Colleges, planting over 100 Baptist Churches across our nation, and fellowship/seminar meetings. Over 350 members have been called out of New Testament Baptist Church to attend Bible Colleges in preparation for God’s service as preachers, missionaries, school teachers, Church staff, youth leaders, and Church leaders (faithful laymen and laywomen).

Let’s unite next Sunday in Praise and Honor to our wonderful God who has allowed us on this sacred site the privilege to graciously proclaim the Gospel in Tucson, in Arizona, across America, and around the world (Matt 28:18-20).

ALERT:  Traffic & Access Complications

Glenn Street was “messed up” for a month and, now again, probably for another month. Please access our Church at the Craycroft Road & San Francisco Street entrances. Be extremely cautious of any “little ones” in the parking lots.

2017 Spring Revival & Outreach

Revival Vows:

Genuine Revival Includes What Happens After the Services!

Our problematic nation is much like troubled Israel during the ministry of Christ’s predecessor. Referring to John the Baptist, Scripture declares “… he came, preaching …” (Luke 3:3) Likewise our Evangelist Mike Pelletier “came preaching” for us! … and to us!  At this writing six made professions of faith in Christ. All who had the right attitude and took the time and effort to hear God’s man, were stirred by Spirit-filled Bible messages that enlightened us to understand our God’s holy ways and that enabled us to gain a deeper appreciation of His love and mercy and grace to sinners like us.

Surely being challenged by the application of truth, each of us making heartfelt vows and genuine promises to the Saviour, are now obligated by our word to follow through with each vow and commitment. After the moving event of last week, you are obligated to be “… doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves” (James 1:22). The Apostle Paul, by inspiration, said it this way: “Now therefore perform the doing of it; that as there was a readiness to will, so there may be a performance also out of that which ye have” (2 Cor 8:11).
